Whether we're talking steak, chicken, or even vegetables, everyone loves to eat food cooked on Weber BBQ grills. Of course, a plate of steak isn't exactly a full meal — you might want to add some corn on the cob, pasta salad, or baked beans as well. Back in the day, this meant having two cooks going, as you'd need someone in the kitchen to be working on the side dishes. But this is no longer necessarily, since most Weber grills now come with side burners.
As with all Weber products, your options are pretty much endless. Depending on your needs, you can choose to have as little as two side burners or as many as six. Additionally, some Genesis Weber grills come with covers that you can put over your burners to turn them into counter space. This can be useful if you need to chop up vegetables, or perhaps set up a station for guests to build their burgers and hot dogs. Even if you just need a place to store your sauces, everyone loves counter space!
